Elairo offers a suite of powerful integrations designed to streamline your workflows, connect your essential tools, and enhance productivity. By linking Elairo with your existing platforms, you can reduce manual data entry, ensure data consistency, and get a more holistic view of your team's performance.
Accessing Integrations
To manage and configure your integrations, navigate to the Settings menu and select Integrations. Only users with administrative privileges can access and modify integration settings.
Available Integrations
Calendar Sync
The Calendar Sync integration allows you to seamlessly connect your Elairo meetings and events with your preferred external calendar. This ensures that all your team's important Elairo-related commitments, such as Creating Meetings and review deadlines, are automatically reflected in your calendar application.

How to Set Up Calendar Sync:
From the Integrations page, locate the "Calendar Sync" section.
Click the "Connect" button.
You will be prompted to select your calendar provider (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar).
Follow the on-screen instructions to authenticate and authorize Elairo to access your calendar.
Once connected, you can configure synchronization preferences, such as which Elairo meeting types to sync.
Tip: Ensure the Elairo user setting up the sync has appropriate permissions in their external calendar account.
Stripe Billing Integration
For organizations managing subscriptions and payments through Elairo, the Stripe Billing integration provides a secure and efficient way to handle invoicing, payment processing, and subscription management. This integration simplifies financial operations related to your Elairo account.

How to Set Up Stripe Billing:
From the Integrations page, find the "Stripe Billing" section.
Click "Connect to Stripe."
You will be redirected to the Stripe Connect platform.
Either sign in to your existing Stripe account or follow the steps to create a new one.
Grant Elairo the necessary permissions to manage your billing information.
Once connected, you can review and manage your subscription details directly within Elairo.
Note: Elairo does not store your full credit card details directly; all sensitive payment information is handled securely by Stripe.

Managing Integrations
