Navigation Overview
Welcome to Elairo! This guide will help you understand how to move around the platform, find what you need, and make the most of its powerful features. Elairo's intuitive interface is designed to keep your team productive and focused.
The Sidebar: Your Main Command Center
The Elairo sidebar is your primary navigation tool, always accessible on the left side of your screen. It provides quick access to all major modules and features.

Here's a breakdown of what you'll typically find in the sidebar:
Home/Dashboard: Your personalized landing page, offering an at-a-glance view of your most important metrics, tasks, and OKRs. We'll delve into the Dashboard in the next section.
OKRs: This section is where you'll manage your Objectives and Key Results.
Find options like Creating OKRs, viewing team OKRs, and tracking Key Results Progress.
Tasks: Access your project management tools.
Navigate to the Task Board Overview, create new tasks, manage Sprints & Backlogs, and set Task Dependencies.
KPIs: Monitor your Key Performance Indicators.
Set up new Setting Up KPIs and visualize your progress.
People: Manage your team and individual performance.
Access features like 360 Evaluations, Performance Reviews, and Development Plans.
Meetings: Schedule and manage your team meetings.
Use this to start Creating Meetings and manage Agendas & Action Items.
Reports/Dashboards: Access various reports and customizable Dashboards to gain insights into your team's performance.
Settings (Gear Icon): Typically located at the bottom of the sidebar, this is where you'll find application-wide settings, user preferences, and, if you have the appropriate permissions, access to the Admin Panel.
Tip: The sidebar is collapsible! If you need more screen real estate, look for a small arrow or icon near the top or bottom of the sidebar to collapse or expand it.
The Dashboard: Your Panoramic View
Your Elairo Dashboard is designed to be your central hub, providing a personalized overview of your most critical information. When you log in or click "Home" in the sidebar, you'll land here.

Key elements you might find on your dashboard include:
My Tasks: A summary of your assigned tasks, their due dates, and status.
My OKRs: A quick view of your individual and team OKRs, showing progress at a glance.
Team Performance Snapshots: Visualizations of key team metrics and progress towards goals.
Upcoming Meetings: A list of your scheduled meetings.
Recent Activity: A feed of recent updates, comments, and changes across the platform relevant to you.
Best Practice: Customize your dashboard to display the information most relevant to your role and priorities. This can typically be done via a "Customize" or "Edit Widgets" option on the dashboard itself.
The Admin Panel: For Administrators Only
The Admin Panel is a restricted area primarily for users with administrative privileges. It's where you manage the overarching structure and settings of your Elairo instance. You'll typically access it via the "Settings" menu (gear icon) in the sidebar.

Within the Admin Panel, you can:
Manage Users: User Management including inviting new users, setting roles, and deactivating accounts.
Organization Settings: Configure Organization Setup, such as company details, branding, and global system preferences.
Team & Department Management: Set up and manage Teams & Departments.
Integrations: Connect Elairo with other tools you use via Integrations.
Billing & Subscription: Manage your Elairo subscription details.
Important: If you don't see the Admin Panel option under Settings, it means your user role does not have the necessary permissions. Contact your system administrator for assistance if you believe you should have access.
Finding Key Features
Elairo is designed for discoverability. If you're looking for a specific feature:
Check the Sidebar First: Most major features are directly accessible from the primary sidebar navigation.
Use Search (if available): Many pages within Elairo offer a search bar to quickly find specific OKRs, tasks, or users.
Explore Modules: Click into a main module (e.g., "OKRs" or "Tasks") to see its sub-sections and related functionalities.
