Quick Start Guide
Welcome to Elairo! This guide will help new users quickly set up their account, join their organization, and start navigating the platform to boost their team's performance and achieve goals.
1. Account Creation and Initial Login
If you've received an invitation to Elairo, great! Follow these simple steps to get started:
Check your email: Look for an invitation email from Elairo. If you can't find it, check your spam or junk folder. The subject will typically be "Welcome to Elairo - Account Invitation."
Click the invitation link: Open the email and click on the "Set Up Your Account" or similar invitation link.
Create your password: You'll be directed to a page where you can set your password. Choose a strong, secure password.
Complete your profile: After setting your password, you might be prompted to fill in some basic profile information like your name and job title. This helps your team recognize you.
Log in: Once your account is set up, you'll be redirected to the Elairo login page. Enter your email address and the password you just created.
Tip: Bookmark the Elairo login page for easy access in the future!
2. Joining Your Organization
Most users will already be associated with an organization through their invitation.
Automatic Enrollment: If you received an invitation directly from your organization's Elairo administrator, you will typically be automatically enrolled in your organization upon account creation. You'll see your organization's name and dashboard immediately after logging in.
Manual Joining (Less Common): In some cases, you might log in and see an option to "Join an Organization" or "Enter Organization ID." If this happens, your administrator will provide you with the necessary Organization ID. Enter it to connect to your team.
If you believe you should be part of an organization but don't see it or aren't prompted to join, please contact your Elairo administrator.
3. Exploring the Elairo Interface
Once logged in, you'll land on your personal Elairo dashboard. Let's take a quick tour of the main areas:

Upcoming tasks and deadlines.
Progress on your assigned OKRs.
Recent team activity.
Notifications and announcements.
Notifications: Look for a bell icon, usually in the top right corner. This is where you'll find alerts about new tasks, comments on your work, meeting invitations, and other important system messages.
4. Your First Steps in Elairo
Now that you're in, here are a few things you can do to get comfortable:
Update Your Profile Picture: Head to your personal settings (usually found by clicking your name or avatar in the top right) and upload a profile picture. This helps your team put a face to a name!
Review Your Team's OKRs: Navigate to the OKRs section. If your team has already set Objectives and Key Results, take some time to understand them and how your work contributes. This is crucial for aligning your efforts. Read more about [okr-best-practices].
Check Your Assigned Tasks: Go to the Tasks section. See if any tasks have already been assigned to you. Mark them as complete if you've already done them, or explore their details. For more information, see [creating-managing-tasks].
Explore Your Team: Check out the "Teams" section to see who else is in your team and organization.
5. Where to Go Next
You're all set! Elairo is designed to be intuitive, but there's a lot it can do to help you and your team succeed. Here are some key areas you might want to explore next:
